• SCOPE OF POLICY
  
  
  1. The Data warehouse is a Spectrum asset and will be managed according to a Spectrum-wide data governance framework to facilitate the missions and activities of the Spectrum and minimize exposure to risk inherent in information management.
  2. This policy creates, under the authority of Spectrum leadership, a data governance framework to support the consistent and appropriate management of Spectrum information.
  3. This policy creates a framework for organizing Spectrum into functional areas.
  4. This policy sets forth a standard for management of Spectrum information and holds data trustees accountable for their functional areas in compliance with data management requirements, including this policy.
  5. This policy establishes the rules, roles, and responsibilities related to the management, including acquisition, utilization, maintenance, access and protection of Spectrum information.
  6. This policy applies to all members of the Spectrum community and anyone with access to the Spectrum Data Warehouse.
